Hello Jean (or anyone else for that matter),

I have been searching for archives of the webinars that used to be available on the SiG web pages. Are they still available and assessible?

    Thanks,
    Fred.

Jean, I may be having the same issue. I was checking to try to reference slide decks from a webinar I attended a while back and I got a message that I have never attended Past Webinars :(

I have several certificates!!! Can you check on this for me?

They are in the SHare area . Under documents. This gets you to an explorer like page . Explode Documents and then you will see webinars and they are stored per years.

I am not sure where else to put this in terms of forums: could we please leave phone lines globally muted for the webinars rather than change the settings after the session has begun and rely on everyone to individually do this? People can still listen and participate via the chat box for asking questions, but it is unfair that even one attendee who doesn't mute their line can ruin it for everyone else listening via phone...especially when it happens because attendees have put the call on hold.

    Dear Dana,

Prior to all webinars, all telephone lines are muted to ensure the highest quality of sound. There are extreme circumstances when it is necessary for us to have an operator join the teleconference portion of the webinar in order to triage and repair a problem. Sometimes it is necessary to open all lines to triage the source of the problem and repair it.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

    Thanks and Regards,
